Hi. I’m Nicole Francis and I am a Realtor with Oak Story Realty. I have lived in Meadows Place and have been involved in the community my whole life, which has led me to value and appreciate the small-town feel of Meadows Place. I developed a passion for Real Estate at a young age by watching my well-awarded grandmother, Anita Milne, help people with all their real estate needs. This led me to pursue a career in real estate myself. I had the opportunity to begin my real estate career working with my grandmother in various counties including Harris, Brazoria with a focus in Fort Bend. She would always say, “we get to celebrate some of the happiest moments of our clients' lives, as well as comfort them in some of the hardest”. Our shared love for people and this statement drives me to do my best to help every person I get the honor of working with.

In addition to helping people with their real estate needs, I'm actively involved at my church, volunteering on Sunday mornings and participating in local mission opportunities. Spending time with family and friends who have become family has always been a priority for me. I love putting together puzzles, playing board and card games, and hanging out by the pool listening to good music.
