Hi! Hello! I am Elisa Hrachovina - a licensed real estate agent with Oak Story Realty.

I’m a Texas girl, born and raised, growing up in the Hill Country and Central Texas region. My story in Houston began just about a decade ago. In that time, I have seen life take place in the Galleria/Uptown area, downtown along Buffalo Bayou, in Sugar Land and now in Richmond. Along the way, I have had the opportunity to experience what I firmly believe is one of the best qualities of living in the Houston area - community.

Whether thriving means making a move for an easier commute to work, the backyard space you need to raise a family, additional office space to run your successful business from home, or finally having a place where you can enjoy an evening stroll and invite the neighbors over for dinner… whatever it means for you, I am here.

Speaking of community and setting down roots - I am active in my community, church and enjoy digging in the soil as an avid gardener. I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, as well as our neighbors playing outside in the sprinklers, with the bubble machine and sidewalk chalk.  When I’m not helping my clients, I enjoy art, DIY projects, and cooking - using my garden to create seasonal “Backyard to Table” dishes. 

I used to always joke that I couldn’t walk across my University campus without running into someone I knew, but now I’m finding it’s true for our little corner of Fort Bend- whether we are taking a random trip inside the grocery store or on a whim decide to go eat inside a local restaurant instead of ordering curbside, it’s always so great seeing friends and neighbors out.
